Vintage English Beach Charm

This gorgeous beach house in Kent, is only an hour and a half outside of London.
This charming 6 bedroom house  is regularly used for film and photographic shoots.
It’s pretty obvious why…!

Rustic aged timber, white washed walls and quirky touches add to the appeal of this beach house, located 10 minutes from the coast.

How pretty is this simple kitchen, love the painted cabinets, the zinc pendant lights and the light streaming through that window.

Imagine curling up here with a cup of tea and a good book….

One of my favourite parts about summer is being able to live my life outdoors. There is nothing more relaxing than lounging, chilling, reading or entertaining outdoors. Here in Australia, most of us are blessed with lots of outdoor living spaces:- large gardens, big backyards, spacious decks, pools and courtyards. But no matter what size or shape you have ~ your outdoor space should always be stylish and usable. It doesn’t have to cost you an arm and a leg to create a relaxing outdoor environment try Ikea, Kmart, Target and Bunnings for clever, cost effective, stylish ideas. With a bit of imagination it's easy to create a cool oasis for the upcoming warmer weather. I am loving this all white patio look and these crisp white relaxed summer pieces to go with it. A perfect spot to cool down with a chilled mineral water on a hot summer's day!

Resort Chic in Cool White

 

For us, living on the coast in the middle of winter is cold, grey and chilly and one needs the promise of a sunny holiday in the middle of it to get your through. To be honest, this year I'm not that fussy where we go as long as it's warm, sunny and tropical. I am dying to get down my suitcase and pack it full of lightweight, breezy summer clothes. I love this chic and stylish resort wardrobe in white - I could happily see myself in any of these pieces!
