One of my basic travel essentials is a sarong.
The perfect accessory for any beach holiday destination. They are so light and virtually take up no space in your suitcase. Just roll it up and tuck it down the side! They are perfect for doubling up as a towel for drying off as well lying on the sand or a sunlonger. Then when it comes to having a drink at the bar or a lunch at a poolside / beachside cafe simply tie it into a dress or a skirt and you have the perfect cover up! Once you have mastered the art of tying them - they can be wrapped and twisted into a host of versatile pieces that will just about take you anywhere! Pick a colour to match your swimsuit or bikinis and you'll hardly need to pack anything else!Melissah xox
