ingredients:
5 litres of water
2 drops of lavender essential oil
1/4 cup of sea salt or Epsom salt
how to:
Boil water and allow to cool down, add the lavender oil and salt - and soak your feet.
You could also try Sandalwood or Ylang Ylang oils, for a soothing effect.
